Welcome to Simply Yoga — a Boutique Infrared Yoga Sanctuary
At Simply Yoga, we honor the power of intentional movement, breath, and connection. Our studio is rooted in a women-only daytime sanctuary, thoughtfully designed to support women of all ages as they move, heal, and transform in a space that feels safe, supportive, and deeply grounding.
In response to our growing community, we are also introducing Simply Together — a curated selection of evening and weekend co-ed classes that invite partners, friends, and all genders to practice together. These offerings expand our community while preserving the sacred women-only experience during daytime hours.
Step into our earthy, terracotta-hued studio with warm wooden floors and ceilings lined with infrared heaters, creating a soothing, heated oasis that enhances circulation, flexibility, and recovery. Every detail is designed for comfort and ease, with complimentary yoga mats, blocks, mat towels, and plush Turkish hand towels provided for every class.
From the moment you arrive, everything is prepared for you — simply step onto your mat, breathe deeply, and embrace the warmth of transformation.

Features & Benefits of Infrared Therapy
The benefits of infrared therapy complement and enhance the practice and benefits of yoga.
IR therapy reduces pain, stiffness,and inflammation by penetrating deep into muscles and joints. IR heat also causes vasodilation resulting in increased blood flow, oxygenation to accelerate cellular repair and recovery from musculoskeletal conditions associated with chronic arthritis and sports injuries. Its effects on circulation also help lower blood pressure and can improve heart health by mimicking effects of moderate exercise. This rise in core body temperature and sweating also mimics the calorie-burning effects of moderate exercise, boosts metabolism and detoxification. Infrared therapy also reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety by stimulating serotonin and endorphin release complementing the breath and movement of yoga.

Stack Method
Strengthen, tone and burn through stacked sequences and smart repetition
A beats driven, low impact strengthening & sculpting class that optimizes your body composition using light to moderate weights and resistance bands. You’ll alternate between movements—stacking sets to the point of fatigue before shifting focus—so your entire body is continually challenged and energized.
The result: lean muscle, lasting endurance, and total-body tone without the strain of heavy lifting
How We Breathe

How We Breathe: Asana, Breath and Emotions
Join Nina Petrillo for a 1 Day Yoga Intensive and explore the connection between the breath and our physical, mental and emotional health. Using the science of physical anatomy, hatha yoga and the Chinese meridian system, students will learn a holistic approach to how we breathe, where there is restriction, and how to both notice and release it.

The day begins with a 2 hour Hatha Yoga class at 10AM, followed by a delicious lunch together at Jolie Plant Based Cafe. Well then sit for lecture on the physical and subtle aspects of breathing, and how acupressure can help open areas of restriction. There will be time to practice these techniques on each other, where students will partner up to both give and receive. Well take a short break for tea and a snack before concluding our day together with a Meridian Yin Yoga practice.
Throughout this immersion, you will learn specific healing techniques to apply in your own personal practice, as well as use to help others.
The Foundations of Yoga

The Foundations of Yoga: Beginner Series
Join Nina Petrillo for this 5-week series to begin and/or develop your yoga practice. Each 2-hour class will focus on bodily awareness and breathing within foundational postures, as well as detailed explanation of them in Asana Labs—where students ask questions and receive direct feedback within the postures themselves.
Expect to gain clarity on how to enter, sustain and exit foundational yoga postures with immediately applicable methods, as well as targeted, individualized instruction for your practice. For this reason, class size will be limited.
Sound Bath
Yin + Reiki
Yin + Reiki Sound Bath
This deeply restorative class blends gentle yin yoga, Reiki energy healing, and an immersive crystal sound bath to calm the nervous system and support profound release. Postures are held for longer durations, allowing the body to soften while Reiki is offered to encourage energetic balance and deep restoration. As you rest, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls wash through the space, guiding you into a meditative state where tension dissolves and the mind quiets. Designed as a multi-sensory healing experience, this class invites you to slow down, reconnect inward, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply aligned.

Integrative Weight Loss Evaluation with Dr. Amina Ahmed
At Simply Well Health and Simply Yoga we treat weight loss as preventive medicine. Our integrative, data-driven program reduces excess fat while preserving/building lean muscle, combining GLP‑1 therapy (e.g., semaglutide), functional strength training, and longevity yoga to improve metabolic flexibility, hormonal balance, and reduce cardiometabolic and inflammatory disease risk.

Our Studio Policies

All cancellations must be made through the mind-body book App.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before scheduled class for credit to be issued.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge for the class.
Weather & Studio Initiated Cancellation
If the studio cancels a class or workshop due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a class credit.

Please park at the side of the barn. Entry is available through front and back. The studio is located on the first floor in Suite 4.

The studio is fully furnished with yoga mats, blocks, and towels. Yoga mats and blocks must be wiped down with antiseptic wipes provided. Hand and mat towels in the hamper.

The studio is fully furnished with yoga mats, blocks, and towels. Simply step in with phones on silent, shoes off and place in the underbench area, hooks and bench seat for personals.
Studio access starts 10 minutes before a class, and ends 10 minutes afterwards. Late entry is not permitted to respect others’ practice. Yoga mats and blocks must be wiped down with antiseptic wipes provided. Hand and mat towels in the hamper.

Our studio is heated to an average temperature of 95°F to enhance flexibility, circulation, and overall performance. However, we encourage everyone to listen to their body and take breaks, hydrate as needed. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

If you aren’t feeling well or have a cough, fever or other infectious symptoms please don’t attend class. Please cancel via MindBody and if cancellation is less than 12 hours of class time send an email to yoga@simplywell-health.com so a credit can be issued.
