Meet Ali, after falling in love with her own yoga practice in 2010, Ali sought certification in 2013 and has been teaching Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa & Fusion Fitness classes ever since. Ali specializes in Power Vinyasa and her style can best be described as a challenging athletic flow with emphasis on strength, flexibility & breath! Ali’s goal is to always provide a balanced, mindful & dynamic experience for students to deepen their practice, find their edge & leave class feeling stronger, energized & refreshed!
