Samantha’s yoga journey began over 18 years ago and continues to unfold both on and off the mat. With more than 13 years of teaching experience, she guides dynamic, thoughtfully sequenced classes that blend energy, playfulness, and intentional grounding. Her teaching integrates music, breathwork, meditation, and supportive hands-on assists, with a deep respect for the body–mind connection. Samantha is prenatal yoga certified and has served as a primary instructor for 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, helping mentor the next generation of teachers.
